PAYMENT

PAYMENT MUST BE SENT WITHIN 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) of time of original Invoice. If payment is not received after 3 Calendar days we may relist the item for sale, and cancel your invoice.

Item condition definitions

1. New

Perfect condition, never used. Item will be delivered in the original, unopened package.

2. Refurbished / Open Box

“open box merchandise” is a product that has its packaging opened and seals (if available) broken . Open box merchandise could be a product returned by a customer to the retailer or a demo product .Open Box & Refurbished typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (e.g. a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it). Whether an item is returned a month later or the very next day, each Open Box & Refurbished item is carefully inspected and tested by us prior to being shipped.

Open Box & Refurbished items may have been used slightly. Before being sold, each product goes through a detailed and rigorous inspection to make sure that the item is close to like-new or almost new condition. Every product targeted for refurbishing/reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. After undergoing any necessary repairs and/or sanitation, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional reconditioning company. After going through the reconditioning process, the product is returned to like-new or almost new condition.

Open Box & Refurbished products may have the serial-number blacked-out, the UPC code removed, or the front page of the manual removed by the manufacturer. Open Box & Refurbished products are usually packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes, and some non-basic components (e.g cables, manuals, or accessories) may be missing. 3. Like New

Item has never been used or slightly used. It looks and functions identical to a New item (as defined above), but for some reason this item does not qualify as New. Item may not come in the original package.

4. Used,Very Good

Item looks and functions as if it were new, but may have light marks or scratches. Accessories, manuals, cables and software may not be included with the item. Please see item description for package contents.

5. Used, Good

Item works as new. Minimal cosmetic damage to product. Some wear and tear but not excessive. Some non-basic components may be missing. Please see item description for package contents.

6. Used, Acceptable
The most important functions of the item work as new. Functions that do not work should be described in detail in the description. May have some damage; some non-basic components may be missing.

7. OEM

It is a New item (as defined above) but is in a brown non-retail box.

8. Generic

3rd party It is a New item (as defined above) but is a generic version manufactured by a separate manufacturer.

9. Not Working/AS-IS

Item DOES NOT WORK. Sold As Is. Not returnable

General Guidelines for Return or Exchange:

14 day return period

For a refund or exchange , most merchandise purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receiving it . Item is not eligible for return and refund after the 14-day return period has expired.

Some other products, such as notebook computers, netbooks, memory, microprocessors, motherboards, network-attached storage, CD and DVD recorders, camcorders, digital cameras, projectors, and air conditioners (IF UNUSED) may be returned within 7 days of original purchase date.

Defective Merchandise

defective product can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for

product originally purchased as Open Box. Returned for exchange must made within 7

days of the receiving date.

RMA required

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from our customer service and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization # at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return Authorization #'s are non-renewable.

Restocking Fee

The shipping charge is non-refundable . All returns will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Unless defective, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned opened GPS/Navigation units, projectors, cameras, camcorders, notebooks, notebooks, and desktops.

Original package and accessories is required

Product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card in undamaged, clean, and original condition.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, accessories ,manuals and registration card(s) included. Products using accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory. Additional fees will be charged for any product that missing the original box. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.

Products returned within policy with the UPC Code missing from the box may only be accepted back as an exchange for the exact same item.

Original Serial number is required

Product returned with serial number missing or tampered with will NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN.

In order to qualify for the refund/exchange, the serial number need to match the one in our database. return will not be accepted if the product serial number is different .

Software, Games, & DVDs

Computer software, video games, video gaming systems, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only.

Refurbished & Reconditioned Items

Reconditioned / refurbished products carry the same 30 days satisfaction guarantee. These products may been previously sold and returned, reconditioned by an Authorized Service Dealer and repackaged for selling purposes. We cannot guarantee that these products come with all the original accessories and software.

Order can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped.

Return of Unclaimed Parcel

Your Post Office will return the parcel to us if the parcel is unclaimed over a certain period . or found undeliverable due to wrong shipping address. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping.

you are required to reimburse us any possible return shipping charges claimed by your

Post Office, the re-shipping charges of the parcel and the cost of packing materials .

Other guidelines:

-- If the product returned has any data or information stored on a memory or storage device, We shall not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information or to maintain the confidentiality of any data or information still residing on the returned product.

-- Computer software, video games, audio CDs, and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened.

-- Product using accessories such as laser toner or ink cartridge toner, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the accessory in factory-sealed condition or will require a deduction for a replacement.

--Defective computer software, video games, audio CDs, DVD videos, and pre-recorded videos will be exchanged for the exact same item only.
