All the player's musical skills are needed as users perform 25 epic Van Halen songs, three iconic Eddie Van Halen solos, and 19 guest act tracks. The music game features classic songs from the band, including "Jump," "Hot for Teacher," "Ain't Talkin' ‘Bout Love," "Beautiful Girls, Atomic Punk," and "Feel Your Love Tonight." The Sony Playstation 3 game brings the fan-filled stadium to life with songs by guest acts such as Alter Bridge, the Clash, Deep Purple, Foreigner, Fountains of Wayne, Jimmy Eat World, Judas Priest, Killswitch Engage, and Lenny Kravitz. The classic music game has features that let players rock on the guitar controller, jam on the drum kit controller, and sing along on the microphone controller. Guitar Hero: Van Halen features Rock 101, a place where even the most experienced rock and rollers can learn a few things about each song throughout the set list after completing the song in Career mode. Guitar Hero: Van Halen players can break boundaries and jam together with online Quickplay mode, Face-Off, and eight-player Cattle of the Bands game modes.
