We ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated according to USPS Priority Mail package from zip code 94523, with insurance to the purchase price and a $5.00 handling fee. International Customers:

We ship US Postal Service Global Express Mail (EMS). Shipping costs are calculated according to USPS EMS service and includes insurance on the package to the purchase price and a $5.00 handling fee. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duty fees and taxes added after shipment. Please ask for a shipping quote as costs listed in the auction are calculated for Continental U.S. Residents ONLY.

ALL ITEMS will be shipped within two business days of receiving payment. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, customer will be alerted as to when the item will be available for shipment. All items are packaged with care and AUCTIONALLDAY ensures that your purchase will be properly packed and shipped to ensure a safe and damage-free delivery. In addition, all methods of shipping are chosen for expedited delivery times, safety and insurance purposes. AUCTIONALLDAY will not be held liable for lost or damaged shipments, but will help file an insurance claim with the shipping company in the event that a package is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We cannot guarantee transit times once a package is shipped. Due to weekends, Holidays and weather conditions we can only estimate transit times. We will provide a tracking number in the body of an email for your convenience in tracking the package once it is sent out.

1. Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards are subject to prior and full verification. Cardholder's name and address must match shipping/billing address before transaction will be completed. For security reasons, when paying by credit card, we MUST ship your purchase to the billing address of the card (U.S. orders ONLY).

3. Escrow service using www.escrow.com. Buyer is responsible for all costs of using escrow services (Preferred for International Orders).

We accept returns when the item is not as described in the auction . You will be able to choose between a credit or refund of the purchase price when returning an item. We ask that if you would like to return an item, to please follow these easy steps:

- Contact Auction All Day within three (3) business days of receiving the item and inform us that you would like to return the merchandise.

- Ship the item within the three (3) business days, providing Auction All Day with a tracking number for the insured carrier you have chosen to send the merchandise back.

- Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected. Auction All Day will verify the condition and any other factors that may come into play with regard to the return
