• DUTY-Buyers are responsible for importing duties and taxes if any.

SALES TAX

• We only charge sales tax to CALIFORNIA customers, currently at the rate of 9.75%.

PAYMENT

• We accept payment via PayPal only. Please submit payment within 3 business days once the item has ended.
• Please remember to update your shipping address when submitting your payment. Do NOT email us for address modifications after the payment is made.

RETURNS

• Regular unopened items in original condition can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. Item must be returned in original packing with all contents. A 15% restocking fee applies to all opened items. We do NOT accept returns for customized items.
• The shipping and handling charge is NOT refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges unless defective/damaged/wrong items are shipped.
• Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#) and for return instructions. The RA# must be clearly written on the return package.
• Please contact us within 48 hours for defective/damaged/wrong items received.
