We understand that from time to time customers may need to return items to us and we are happy to accomodate this. To make the process as straightforward as possible for everyone, please follow the simple steps below
The return of goods should always be arranged by contacting us first, either by email or telephone. Please do not return goods with out first contacting ourselves.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you are returning goods which have been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please detail the exact damage that has been caused to the delivery and retain all packaging until we inform you that it can be disposed of
FAULTY GOODS
We only use manufacturers who supply first rate goods so, thankfully, faulty goods are rare. However, as with all products, things do go wrong occassionally and we are happy to make the exchange process as easy as possible. If you are returning faulty goods, again, please contact us with the details of the product which is faulty and details of the fault. We will then contact you with details of the correct returns procedure and, where necessary, the manufacturer warranty details of that product. All returned goods will be subject to a manfacturers inspection and finding of a manufacturing flaw. If no manufacturing fault is found then we reserve the right to refuse a refund
If goods are returned as damaged in transit or faulty then we will either arrange collection of the product from you, or ask you to return it to us and we will subsequently refund your postage costs
NON-FAULTY GOODS
Should you wish to return non-faulty goods this may be done within 14 days of receipt of the order. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. The return of non-faulty goods is done at the customers own cost. |
