Summary of Our Selling Policies
- WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL. PayPal e-checks are gladly accepted.
- All payments must be made in US Funds.
- Contact for Combined Shipping rates BEFORE sending payment. We will not issue refunds for overpaid shipping.
- Payment is due within 7 Days of listing end. E-check payments must clear within 14 days of listing end.
- We only accept PAYPAL payments (in US funds) for eBay customer orders. This will take you directly to PayPal, where you may sign-in to your PayPal account, and send your payment. Buyers are not permitted to split payment between PayPal and other payment source(s).
- CREDIT CARDS - U.S. Buyers may arrange to pay with a credit card over the phone, during store hours of operation (providing the credit card billing address matches the shipping address registered with eBay), and a signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, ATM/Debit Cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo.
- Handling time is less than 1 business day for most items (unless, otherwise noted in listing).
- For large orders, large items and out of season items handling time is 1-2 business days (unless, otherwise noted in listing).
- COMBINED SHIPPING - The Combined Shipping rate is based on the item with the highest shipping rate, and calculated along with the size/weight of additional item(s).
- If your order contains more than one item, you can opt to save money & time via your Shipping Options.
- Once you have received/requested an invoice from Fatal Impact, you have the opportunity (BEFORE sending payment) to save money on shipping costs with a Combined Shipping Rate. Simply mention your preference for Combined Shipping (through eBay Messenger) BEFORE sending payment. We will consolidate your items, and send them as soon as they are all available.
- If you do not request a Combined Shipping Rate BEFORE sending payment, your items will be charged for Regular Price Shipping.
- Delivery Confirmation included with all US packages.
- Handling fees are included in shipping costs.
- We can only ship to the address provided through eBay check-out.
- For certain orders over $100, a signature may be required upon delivery.
- We do our best to accurately estimate when your items will be delivered. Estimated delivery dates are generally a range of dates based on several factors, including:
- When we receive your PAYPAL payment
- Your shipping address
- How quickly we can obtain & assemble the items for shipment
- The shipping speed/method you select at checkout
- Your shipping preference(s)
- We ship Worldwide.
- We are not responsible for any Customs / Duty Fees.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when/where you pick the item up, and should not be confused with additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below (actual) value or mark items as gifts. U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays as a result of the Mail or Customs.
- Fatal Impact is not responsible for banned/prohibited items seized and/or returned by International Customs Officials. Buyers are expected to know if they are allowed to purchase & receive such items from Fatal Impact.
Refunds & Returns
- We ship Monday through Friday via USPS. We do not ship Fed Ex.
- Occasionally packages are returned to us as, "Undeliverable." When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will send an e-mail (through the eBay Messenger System) notifying you of the return. We do not issue refunds on undeliverable packages, as we rely on the shipping information you provided to us, through eBay Check-out.
- We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to send payment for an additional shipping attempt to a confirmed/verified address.
- If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return, once it has been received. If more than 30-days have passed on a Domestic Order (more than 60-days for an International order), please contact us through the eBay Messenger System.
- Mail carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or Out-of-date Address
- P.O. Box Format: When entering a post office box as a shipping address, please be sure to enter it as "P.O. BOX" followed by the designated box number. Otherwise, it may mistakenly be sent through a carrier that won't deliver to those addresses.
- Other Address Problems: Some organizations have stern delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
- Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Most mail carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $100 of merchandise may require a signature. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door and/or the package will be returned to us (your payment will NOT be refunded).
- Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may send payment for an additional shipping attempt and let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
- All sales are final. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Code (supplied by Fatal Impact).
- Refunds are ONLY given for Defective/Incorrect Merchandise that can not be replaced.
- Buyer is responsible for their purchase, as items are adequately described & pictured in Fatal Impact listings.
- Fatal Impact will ONLY authorize an Exchange for Size at request and expense of Buyer, under certain special circumstances. Buyer MUST pay for all shipping expenses to Exchange for Size. Fatal Impact will only cover shipping expenses for Exchanges on Incorrect Merchandise Received.
- Any Postal Damage/Loss will be handled through our Insurance Company. Once the claim clears, a refund or exchange will be issued. We must wait 30 days to file a claim for US customers, or 60 days for International customers.
- In the event that your eBay user ID has less than a Feedback Rating of (10), or any of your previous/current eBay user accounts were blocked from being able to purchase in our store, we reserve the right to refuse service to the individual or group in operation of any/all of said user account(s).
- If an item remains unpaid for more than 21 days, we reserve the right to relist/resell the item.
- We do not sell wholesale. Consider the transaction null and void if you were planning on reselling the item in the listing.
- If purchasing more than 12 items please email first, otherwise consider the transaction null and void.
- We are only open during our operating business hours, Monday through Friday. Emails sent during evenings, weekends, and holidays, will be returned the following business day.
- Contact for Local Pickup Option BEFORE sending payment.
- Payments must be made at the physical storefront location (Fatal Impact) via cash, debit, or credit card.
- We can not accept PayPal for Local Pickups.
- Local Pickup must be arranged at least 24 hours before desired pickup time (as most items are warehoused in an off-site location).
