Items that are listed as USED have not been tested, condition is unknown; item is being sold “AS IS”, unless otherwise specified in the items description. Any conditional notes will be listed in the additional information.

This item is located in our warehouse in Troy, Michigan.  Our warehouse hours are open by appointment only.  In order to receive the quickest response, please message us directly through our eBay listing.  Please be sure to include your name and contact information in your message.

Turnaround Time

Standard order processing is 2 days regardless of shipping method chosen.  Rush and off-hours service is available for an additional fee; please email for further information.

Storage Policy

Unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing, all items are required to be removed or shipped within 10 days of purchase.  Items left beyond the 10 days time period will be subject to storage fees beginning on the 11th day after purchase.  The storage fee is $20.00 per day, per item.  Items left beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and the customer forfeits the rights to the item(s).  There will be no exceptions.

Shipping

At Midwest Industrial Metals Inc.’s discretion, items that are deemed bulky and/or heavier than 75 lbs, we will NOT ship UPS/USPS.  We require freight shipping on certain items to reduce the chance of damages.

For items marked freight shipping, please contact us prior to paying for the item to receive a freight price and provide us with the following information: shipping zip code, if the address is a residential or commercial address, and if a forklift/loading dock is available on site.  Once we have this information, we will send a complete invoice with the total charges.  If desired, buyers can arrange their own freight shipping.  If this action is preferred, please let us know upon payment so we can supply you with the necessary information for the shipment.

Next Day and Second Day Air services are available for an additional fee.

Flat Rate Domestic Shipping will be USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, at our discretion.   

We DO NOT ship FedEx Ground or DHL.

Payment Information

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving invoice, if requested, from Midwest Industrial Metals Inc.

For purchases requiring freight shipping, freight charges must be received within 4 days of purchase or upon receiving a complete invoice.

We only accept payment through PAYPAL.

We only collect tax in the state of Michigan (MI).  If you are personally coming to pick up your purchase, we are required to collect MI sales tax unless a tax exempt form for the state of MI is on file.

If you are in the state of Michigan and are tax exempt, please contact Midwest Industrial Metals, Inc. to state that you are exempt and to obtain our contact information to provide us with a tax exempt form via fax or email.  The eBay will automatically charge tax and you will need to notify us immediately in order for us to have the tax removed.   If you already have a form on file with us, please message us to let us know so we can remove the sales tax from the invoice before you complete the sale.

 Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of the date of the order, freight pre-paid, for a full refund less shipping charges. 

For items purchased with free shipping, our cost of shipping the item to its destination will be deducted from the refund.  Please contact us prior to returning the item for authorization and the calculated credit amount.

For items that are purchased new and appear to be used upon receipt of return, Midwest Industrial Metals Inc. should have the option of charging a 25% restocking fee or refuse to credit due to unsalable condition.
