Glycemic index is the best information to guide yourself to a healthy diet! Without this guide, I had difficulty calculating the Glycemic Load and was consuming too many carbs per meals. Now I know where I was making my mistakes and back to losing more weight! I shouldn’t call it a diet because this is how I will choose what I eat from now on! I’m months away from turning 60 and my energy level is great since removing bad carbs from my diet!

It does OK for the most part, but is not fully comprehensive and sometimes has inconsistent data ... at least I think it is ... good most of the time, just leaves me wondering about some stuff sometimes, but then, it would be much larger, thicker, and more expensive if it was more comprehensive or fully researched - so GOOD DAILY HANDBOOK for tracking healthy eats.
