We offer a 10-Day Non-DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty on all items unless otherwise noted.
If customer needs to return to an item to us, according to eBay policy, customer needs to pay return shipping.
If a return is because of our fault, full refund (including shipping and handling) will be issued to the customer.
If a return is because the customer changes mind or made a mistake, we cannot refund shipping and handling fee
paid and we will still charge 15 - 20% restocking fee for the return.
