Packaging: We do our best to ensure that your purchase reaches you in premium condition at a reasonable price and select our carrier accordingly. 

Items are packaged in the Carriers plastic mail sack, Jiffy bag or cardboard box (where this is not practical, depending on size or shape, they may be wrapped in brown paper, with or without bubble-wrap).  We do care that your purchase reaches you in premium condition and you will often find that we have added a cardboard or bubble bag inner wrap, or polystyrene chip into the packaging.  

Should you wish to upgrade to our ‘secure packaging’ service please ask us for a quotation – typically this costs an additional £2.25 UK, £2.75 Europe & £4.00 Rest of the World.  This high quality packaging service offers double walled cardboard boxes with shredded card or bio-degradable expanded polystyrene chips packaging to provide secure packaging.  For some items (depending on size or shape) this is not practical and these are either packed in Jiffy bags, cardboard or packaged in brown paper over bubble-wrap.

Postal Service:  We send out our Domestic Shipping 1ST CLASS with Royal Mail - UKMail express parcels & mail for large or heavy items.  All International parcels are sent by standard Airmail. 

For Recorded Delivery / Tracking Postal Service please contact us - UK Domestic is usually a £1.00 surcharge and International Signed for £5.00 - All orders over £50 shipping will be subject to a shipping surcharge of £5.00 if not already included in the price.

Please contact us for a Shipping Quotation if you are purchasing multiple items - 2nd items receive a 25% shipping discount as standard.

Gift Wrapping Service is also available for £5.00 per item (quotes for muliple items) with products wrapped in foil finish giftwrap and matching label with your message on this.  Goods are then shipped direct to your selected delivery address without the invoice.

Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Collection by appoinment only.

Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange the return and necessary refund with you.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange (or refund). These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by cheque or PaPal. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
