Our cd's are all playable in any country. Our DVD's are North American NTSC, Region 1 & may not play outside of the USA & Canada.

Please note, we take the following into consideration when grading cd's & dvd's in this order:
1. Disc Condition
2. Cover Art Condition
3. Digipack Condition (if included)

Unlike ebay's "condition definitions", we do not include jewel case
condition in our grading, as jewel cases are a 25 cent generic item.

Also, as we are an overstock retailer, some of our items will have a punch, cut, slice, etc in the packaging. We identify these items by the phrase, "this is a cutout".

While we use sturdy packing materials & try to mention issues with jewelcases, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE JEWELCASE CONDITION.
