International Buyers: Your order will ship within 3-5 business days. Please do not expect it to ship as soon as you pay, we have a clearing process for protection. Once your order has shipped, item arrival times will vary depending on your location. Please do not expect your item to arrive in a week, it won't happen. Buyers who have unrealistic expectations for shipping times and arrival, will unfortunately be blocked from purchasing.

If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us and give us the chance to fix the problem. We can't help if were not made aware of an issue. We will pay return shipping for any mistake we have made.

If you purchase an item, and return it you will be responsible for paying all return shipping cost associated. You will also be asked to cancel the transaction to delete it from our system.

If you give us a bad address, or have moved and not updated your address, any package returned to us will be shipped back at your expense. Sorry, but I will not pay for any return shipping for a mistake occuring on your end.

Electronic items are not refundable, do to the ability of people to copy the items. We sell all Sealed items, and if they are returned they must be sealed without any tampering, you must contact us prior to any returns.
