Gamers HQ VIDEO GAME STORE BUSINESS!!!

Recently my partner and I were inspired by another man selling his entire life on eBay. We thought the reason for selling was great! Running a business is hard work and it requires a lot of effort, with that effort you miss a lot of special time with your family and children. Between the two of us we have seven children and we would like to kick back and spend some time with them. Then we looked at the details and realized we can offer a much better deal. Our stores are well stocked, with unbeatable prices, and more established So we figured we shouldn't miss the opportunity to compete on all fronts. So up for sale is Gamers HQ.

Gamers HQ was founded in 2008 by Buddy and Dave in Belleview Florida. We worked the store everyday for the first year making friends and selling each customer our dream one game at a time. After two years we felt the urge to grow and so we did. We opened a second store in Inverness Florida splitting our time between Belleview and Inverness. It was an epic adventure to have two stores and we couldn't of had more fun. Recently we thought all this money laying around needed to be put to good use so we opened our third store in Gainesville Florida just catty corner to the University of Florida. All we can say about this third store is best decision ever. We work the stores and employ six fantastic and devoted employees. we have plans on the books for a fourth store and our top employee is ready to move to the area and run store four as his very own store.

To a potential buyer who is serious we have financials for the past four years that show in black and white the business has been profitable each and every quarter since we started. In fact my partner and I have drawn pay checks from the business since the first week and we haven't skipped a beat since. To be precise you can make $4180.00 a month in pay alone. this is not including the companies holiday bonus pay and other miscellaneous perks such as mileage, gas for travel, trade show admissions and lodging, company picnics and the perks that come along with a video game store. (did i mention you get to work with games every single day you work) ;) the stores have been in the black since they started. and lets not forget the holidays, oh man are the holidays glorious!!

Running a business is a daily job that requires hard work and attention. We have put in a mountain of hard work and we think its time to take a break and enjoy what we have created and pass along our success to another person ready to invest time and their heart in to a fantastic and amazingly great business! Other trolls may say the industry is dead thanks to the digital delivery that's growing so popular but to that all we can say is 85% of what we sell can not be bought in a Gamestop, or downloaded online! we sell retro games for people who want the feel of the controllers in their hands and the original games flashing on their screens. We sell new games too but they are just a tool. We sell more than just video games, we sell card games table top games and everything in between!

With the sale of our company you will get both of us as personal consultants for three months to ensure you learn the business. Also if the buyer is interested we will stay on to open the fourth store for you as consultants teaching you each step along the way. We will also pay the rest of the years leases for all stores to make your transition to store owner easier. The new owner will also get our distributors who have been key to our success by providing new release games the day they come out so we have midnight releases just like the big guys. We live in the neighborhood so of course you would also gain us as customers since we will still need to buy our games ;) We will ensure you learn every single lesson we have learned from and used to succeed in business. Update:  We have seen a few articles about our offer here and I think we should clarify a few things.  First YES we are serious and we think our competitor has a FANTASTIC IDEA! we would love to spend more time with out families so selling our company that we have created from the ground up sounds great to us.  Of course as with any sort of sales you have to offer more value at a lower price to make things happen, so we feel its not malicious to offer what we have offered, we think its a great deal!  A better deal. 

As for the 4k a month salary, well that's just what that is.  A pay check, we take paychecks just like our employees and we take nothing more than that.  We are growing the company so we only get paid what we require to live.  The sales of the store in 2011 were 438,790.61 and that was JUST TWO STORES! now that we have opened our third store this year in May we sit at over 370k right now!  the last quarter of the year is our biggest time of the year and we are projecting an easy 150k to 200k to make in the last quarter.  We have the documents to show our income.  And we have the documents to show where every single penny goes, just ask the IRS they know all about our profits.  :/  in any event if the store sells, I will get to spend more time with my baby daughter and my two year old son and my eleven year old boy, My partner will no longer miss the little league games for his son and the cheer leading of his talented daughter.  We're just regular guys who created a beast of a game store that's kicking ass on all fronts.  That's our weakness, we're just regular guys and we miss some of the regular life that we have sacrificed to be successful in this business.  It takes hard work and a lot of hours.  So we wont be bowing out for nothing.  And if it doesn't sell?  well that's OK too, we've come this far and we can go even farther.  either we leave our kids a great company to take over, or we leave them some cash to create their own dreams with.  Either way we are probably the happiest guys you'd meet.  Come by and say hi :) or  Management@gamershqstore.com the email is always on :)
