What is
"Dyno Testing" and why is it important to me?
Dyno Testing is a procedure that tests a
transmission to insure that it is in perfect working order after it has
been remanufactured. Using a V6 GM engine to simulate your vehicle.The
dyno shifts your transmission numerous times through each gear,
monitoring it for correct pressures, shift points and noise.
Transmissions are very complex. Having a dyno tested transmission gives
you piece of mind that you will be able to install the transmission
without fear of problems. No one wants to do the job twice.
What
is a core and how do I return it?
A core is your
original rebuildable transmission. We require that the original core
transmission be returned to us to validate the warranty and/or refund a
core deposit that was paid. The value of this core varies so please
call or email us with your core related questions. Cores must be fully
assembled, without broken cases. Disassembled cores will not be
accepted. Units with damaged cases will be subject to partial or no
refund of a core charge.
We provide you with the
required core return documents. You can also visit our website and
use the "Core Return Request" under "Shipping and Returns" Do
not attempt to return a core without the proper documents.
How do I
pay for my transmission?

American Express, Discover
Arizona residents or orders to
be picked up at our facility regardless of where you are from will be
charged AZ sales tax.

Warranty Options
Optional premium warranties
cover the replacement of wearable parts, shipping to and from the
remanufacturing facility, and labor costs involved in removing and
replacing the transmission in
