    RETURNS

 Universal Home Style offers  a 5 day return policy from the  time you receive your  item.Before you send any item  back, you must call or email us  to get an RGA (Return Goods  Authorization) number.

NO REFUNDS will be  made without an RGA number. Make  sure your RGA number is CLEARLY  visible on the outside of your  package. A refund will be given  minus shipping. All merchandise  must be returned in original  condition along with all papers  and parts. NO refunds will be  given if item has been altered.  If you receive an item that has  been damaged in the mail, please  contact us AND the shipping  provider immediately. No refunds  will be accepted after 5 days  period.  Refunds  will be given for the  purchase price only, all  shipping costs will be the  responsibility of the person  making the return.

Damaged Items:

If your purchase has been  obviously damaged during  shipping, you should refuse the  shipment. The carrier will  return the product to us and a  replacement will be shipped, if  available. If no replacement is  available, we will issue a full  refund.
