We offer FREE SHIPPING on almost all of the cartridges we sell (Standard Shipping, 2-5 business days, within the contiguous 48 United States). If you need your cartridges delivered faster, you can upgrade, at an additional cost, to a faster method. We can ship, but do not offer free shipping, to addresses outside the United States.

Some other shipping information:

• We process and ship orders Mon – Fri, excluding holidays.
• In most cases we can ship to addresses around the world. Please note, there are some cartridges we will not ship outside the contiguous 48 United States.
• If you order two or more products from us, they may ship separately. If you received FREE SHIPPING we won't charge you for the separate shipments.
• We are unable to select which shipping company/carrier will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your cartridge purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange. With our 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in.

• You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Before returning your order, contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  
• Once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
