Return Policy - 90 Days To Try
You may return any part or product for any reason within 90 days of placing your order. Please return your order with your packing slip, or a copy of your packing slip. Please include a slip of paper with your name, address, telephone number, the order number, your model and serial number, and the reason for the return. Please contact us if you don’t know your order number.
Abuse of Return Policy: Pandora's OEM reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
Hazmat Shipping: Including Appliance Cleaners: If the Product you are returning contains any combustible or otherwise hazardous materials, please contact your shipping carrier for instructions on how to safely package and ship that product. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packing, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm.
Returns: Pack your return securely in the original box or package. Make sure to mail all items back using USPS. Other carriers such as UPS or FEDEX will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Refunds: When we've received and processed the return, we will refund the applicable amount minus any Recovery Fees (See Details Below) for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax. Returns are normally processed within a few days, however your bank may not release the funds back to you for two weeks or more depending on their policies.
Details of Refunds and Associated Recovery Fees:
All items damaged because of incorrect installation practices will not be able to be refunded. Please note that appliance parts are very similar in many ways. If you're not sure, email us your model # and we'll let you know if the part will fit or not.
Defective items: All defective items or reported to be defective must be sent back under the buyers expense for an exchange. If the item is determined to be defective by our service center then we will provide a shipment reimbursement. No fees will be associated on defective items and item(s) will be reshipped for no additional costs.
Opened Items: Any items that have had the PRODUCT BAG OPENED will be assessed a 20% restock fee along with a recovery fee of up to another 20% for expenses involved with packaging, handling, and shipping expenses used in your order. If the packaging is damaged, the item can no longer be sold as new, therefore the value will be reflected in the 20% charge. Some items are sold without packaging, or are simply bubble wrapped. If items are delivered to you or sold loose without enclosed packaging, these fees will not apply to you.
Free Shipping: All returns with FREE SHIPPING are accepted with these fees involved: Items shipped USPS First Class and Not Opened are assessed a $3.50 Recovery Fee along with a commission of the sale of 5%. Items shipped USPS Priority, USPS Parcel, UPS Ground, or Fed Ex Ground are assessed a complete 20% recovery along with a $3.00 flat rate to cover expenses. Items shipped Express will have to contact Pandora's OEM for return information and fees associated.
Paid Shipping: All returns with PAID SHIPPING are accepted with these fees involved: Shipping is non-refundable unless the mistake or error on the purchase is the fault of pandorasoem.com. If this is the case then a complete refund will be provided to the consumer. All Items returned and NOT OPENED are assessed a commission of 10% on the item only. Items shipped Express will have all fees waived, shipping however is not refundable.
