Ready for a great deal? These are open box items from a major retailer. They are in perfect condition and still have the remainder of the factory Apple warranty! (Length of warranty varies between units but usually 4-6 mos left.)
These items include everything you need: The iPod, USB cable and headphones.
They do not include any of the original packaging but have been carefully repacked in bubble wrap and a nice white gift box for shipping.
PayPal is the only form of payment currently accepted. In some cases immediate payment may be required. We want your item to get to you ASAP so payment is preferred immediately. An unpaid item dispute will be automatically opened by Ebay after 4 days of non-payment. If you need more time to pay just let us know before the 4th day; We can work it out!
Your item will ship within 2 business days from receipt of cleared payment, usually the next day! We ship on Saturday, too!
Shipping is only available to the U.S.A. We can not ship internationally at this time.
SALES TAX
We must collect 6.75% sales tax for all items shipped to the state of Utah.

Don't worry, we got your back. While it's very rare, DOA products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion once item is returned. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be in identical condition as shipped including any packaging (we don't expect the envelope it was shipped in, silly!). Buyer will pay return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item. The original shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. You may contact us for instruction on how to avoid restocking fees.
