Return Policy

This blu-ray region free player is brand new in the original manufacturer package with all accessories including user’s manual, cables, remote control, and papers, the player has been opened in order to be unlocked, it is then tested and verified and thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure the top quality of all components. You may return the product within 30 days after the date of delivery of the package. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Any defective item can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days without restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain a RMA number first. The return of the product is at buyer’s expense. All return or exchanged item must be in the original manufacturer’s package with all originally included accessories. The product must be in perfect condition without any scuffs or scratches. No refund will be given if these requirements do not meet.  We keep records of serial numbers and ROM chip numbers to prevent fraudulent returns.
