 Very rare Antique French Botany Poster

A rare botanical lithograph that illustrates how plants create fermentation.  The plants are termed saprohytic and parasitic.  Rising dough and baked bread are illustrated on the bottom of the flow - the end product.

Made in Belgium - lovely font with info on artist, etc.

Backed by linen.

In very good shape for its age and function.  The edging tape has come up a little over an inch or so, very slight and small water stain, and there's a small tear on the top edge in the center.
