  Hello, this auction is for a rebuilt high preformance Ford 170-250 cylinder head.  This head is completely rebuilt ready to install.  The casting number is EOBE-6090-D, It has 62cc combustion chambers. If you need small chambers I can mill this head to your specifications.  Please e-mail for a price quote.  According to Classic Inlines the EO head is the best US production cylinder head for the Ford small six engine.  This head has been CORRECTLY modified for a Holley/Autolite 2 barrell carburetor.  The log manifold has been milled and brazed and a Classic Inlines conversion adapter has been installed.  If you are looking to build horsepower from your Ford six this head is an exellent starting point. The work done to these heads is as follows:

1.  Head has been oven cleaned and magnafluxed.  It has no cracks repair or damage.

2.  A full 3 angle valve job was preformed on the head.  The valves are steel stock replacement , size is 1.75x1.380.  In addition to larger ports the 250 head offers larger valves stock, 200 valves are 1.52x1.26.  Intake valves are new made by SI Industries.  The exhaust valves are OEM Ford.  These are better then any of the new valves available, they have hard chromed stems and hardened tips. Genuine neopreme umbrella valve stem seals were installed on the intake and exhaust.

3. The heads have a new set of Pioneer single valve springs part number RV-672.  These are single valve springs with dampners, springs have 85lbs closed psi.  Originally these are 302 Ford springs.  According to Classic Inlines these are the best springs to use with cams up to .440 lift.  They are installed with stock hardened retainers and new locks. 

4.  Head has been pocket ported on the intake and exhaust.  The mild porting should be worth 10-15 hp over a bone stock head.
