Spanish cooks take the art of braising to a whole new level and the variety of dishes are not only unique but at the same time basic. If you like food full of flavor made with simple and pretty easily obtainable ingredients, the cooking of Spain will be a delight. And don't forget to serve it with real Spanish sherries, you'll never want to go back to wine!

Recipes are simple to follow, and easy to prepare. Simple, but classic and elegant. Penelope Casas does a fantastic job narrating each dish and educating you about the different regions of Spain and the reason each dish is particular to that region. Love this purchase!!
