And don't forget to serve it with real Spanish sherries, you'll never want to go back to wine!

This book has EVERYTHING. It is the CLASSIC cookbook of Spanish cuisine. A must own for any serious cook or anyone that is looking to learn more about the wonderful foods and wines of Spain. Recipes are simple to follow, and easy to prepare. Simple, but classic and elegant. Penelope Casas does a fantastic job narrating each dish and educating you about the different regions of Spain and the reason each dish is particular to that region. Love this purchase!!
