Shipping- Most orders placed before 2 PM PST Monday thru Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST Monday thru Friday and on weekends are usually processed and shipped the next business day.
- We charge a $6.99 flat shipping rate for most items with a 1¢ charge for each additional item unless otherwise noted. Heavier items, like aquariums, cost more to ship. Type in your ZIP code on the product page to calculate exact shipping costs or just contact us if you have any questions.
-All orders will be shipped via UPS to the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to an international or PO Box address.
- We will never purposely charge you for an item we do not have ready to ship. However, occasional backorders do occur. In the instance an item you order is out of stock, you will be immediately notified so we can arrange for later delivery or to let you know we’ll be refunding your payment in full.
PaymentThe only payment option we accept on eBay is PayPal. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and bank debit cards may be used to fund your PayPal account. PayPal also offers free buyer protection so 100% of your original purchase price and shipping fees are refundable in the event of a problem.

ReturnsWe want to make sure all of our customers—and their pets—are happy with our products. If you experience a problem with one of our products, simply call us toll-free 1-888-9-WEBPETS so we can work toward a speedy resolution.
All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in new, resalable condition. All packaging, software, manuals, cables, components, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and PetStore is not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for return.
Please note we will not accept a return unless it has been issued a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to acquire a RMA number, you must contact us within 60 days of your date of purchase. We will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us once your RMA has been issued.
