Fig ‘Texas Everbearing’

 (Ficus carica)

If you’ve ever wanted to grow a fig, ‘Texas Everbearing’ is one of the best varieties to try. The medium-size fruit is brownish-purple with an amber center, is nearly seedless and has a mild sweet flavor. It self-pollinates and fruiting begins in May and lasts all summer long. It makes a great container plant and only grows 2-3’ tall in containers. ‘Texas Everbearing’ is more susceptible to cold damage than other figs so bring the container indoors before the start of cold weather.

Hardy to Zone 8 and higher for outdoors. Our sale ‘Texas Everbearing’ are actively growing in 2.5-inch pots and are 2-3 inches tall.

Payment is due within 3 days after the auction has ended.

SHIPPING:
Shipping cost for this item is listed above. SORRY WE ONLY SHIP TO THE U.S.A.
All of our orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and will include Delivery Confirmation. We will NOT e-mail you the tracking number, it will be available in your MY eBAY page for that transaction.
We only ship plants on Monday and Tuesday so that you can have your plant before the weekend, we never want your order to spend the weekend in the back of a Mail Truck.
We ship non-plant orders / supplies daily. If you order and pay before 10 am Eastern, your order will ship that same day.
Average delivery time: Usually 2-3 days from the shipping date.

Shipping of plants in the Winter:
We are located in Michigan, we will include a heat pack at no additional cost during the Winter. Sometimes when the weather is extremely cold, we will not ship that week, as the heat packs can only do so much. You will receive an e-mail telling you of a delay.

Shipping of plants in the Summer:
If you are having extreme HOT weather in your local area of the country, and want your order held, please do not wait until Sunday or Monday to e-mail us to hold your order. We ship over 500 orders a week, and our shipping department will not manually go through them to find your order to hold it from the stacks of boxes on our loading dock.

LOCAL PICKUP:
We run two retail stores in the Metro Detroit Region operating as The Orchid Growers Outlet. If you would like to pickup your order instead of having it mailed, please let us know which store to have your order available at. When dealing with live plants, there will be situations beyond our control such as climate and sudden change in temperatures, give your plant time to get accustomed to its new environment. Because of these issues, ALL PLANT SALES ARE FINAL.
