Lightly used, slight fretware (if any), strubg with D'Addario .10s setup in standard E tuning.  The guitar is in excellent condition.  Aside from some light picking scratches on the pickguard and some slight play wear, the guitar is visually as it was when I bought the guitar brand new on 9/7/2011 (see receipt from Wildwood Guitars).
