Slippers are shipped direct to you from the manufacturer via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 Business Days before they are shipped. As soon as they ship tracking info will be entered into Ebay. If you receive a defective product, please contact us for a replacement. The manufacturer will send a replacement and pick up the defective one. Any return of non-defective merchandise, except on exchange, is subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must contact us for a Return Authorization number and the correct return address. Returned merchandise MUST be in original condition, unworn and packaged as you received it in or refund will not be issued. Size Exchange: If you need to exchange for a new size, contact us for the correct return address. Buyer pays return shipping. The manufacture does not ship free on exchanges. When the manufacturer receives your return, you will receive an invoice for any size price increase, shipping of the new pair and a $3.00 exchange fee.
