Note: Please Check your parcel at time of delivery: I do very serious serious packaging to protect shipments against everything I can imagine. It is rare, but accidents still can happen during transportation. To protect you from this eventuality, I insure parcels against damages. But to be refunded, you have the obligation to inspect your parcel and its content at time of reception and, if there are any damages, to fill a damage declaration right away with the postman or delivery person. Describe damages on the delivery sheet (even if there is no room for it) and have it signed by the postman. Keep a copy for you (a photo will do) and send a copy to me. If the content of the parcel is just destroyed: refuse the parcel.
