We will no longer be shipping via USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes or USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes because these two method DO NOT offer any tracking/tracing after the parcel leaves the USA.

For Custom Board Size orders we are still offering two fixed price lots - The larger lot for up to 324 square inches and the smaller lot for up to 162 square inches.

If you do not want to be restricted to the fixed price lots simply request a quote from us. We usually respond to all Request For Quotes within a few hours.
Request for Quotes should include Quantity, Board Thickness, Width, & Length, and SS(Single Sided) or DS(Double Sided).

Maximum Board Size for this listing is 9"x12" which fits into a USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope.

Boards larger than 9"x12" are priced higher because we pay more per sq.ft. for large sheets of this material. We get material 12" and smaller at a better price than the larger sheets.

For Board Sizes Larger than 9"x12" you need to Request a Quote.

Request for Quotes should include Quantity, Width, Length, & Board Thickness, and SS(Single Sided) or DS(Double Sided).

Cutting is FREE for most orders.

For large quantities we may charge an additional small cutting fee like $5.00 per 100 pieces. For example we had a buyer ask for 1000pcs ½"×½" and we charged him $50.00 extra for cutting.

We now keep approximately 5000 pounds of material in stock. We have thicknesses such as 1/8"(.125"), 3/32"(.093"), .077", 1/16"( .062"), .048", 3/64"( .046"), .040", .037", 1/32"(.031"), .025", .023", .020", .017", .016", .015", .014", .013", .012", .010", .009", .008", .007",and .005" some of which is Double Sided and some Single Sided. If you need a specific size or thickness which is not listed let us know and we will gladly accommodate your requirements if possible.
