Shipping cost stated in the auction is for the continental 48 states. Buyers from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses (APO/FPO), must contact us for a shipping quote before your purchase and or bidding.

Shipping Methods: We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS and USPS. The cost associated to ship your package includes: package weight, dimensions and destination.

We make every effort to ensure that the items we list are in stock at the time of listing. Return policy: At JM Collectibles, we do our best to describe the item in detail. All of our descriptions and specifications are provided by our distributors. Please email us if you have a question that is not described in the auction. No refunds are accepted unless we have grossly misrepresented the product.

If you want to return something to us, please email us first for an return authorization number within 3 days of receiving product. Once you have been issued a return authorization number, we must receive that item within 5 business days. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all items and you must pay for the return shipping charges. You are also responsible for the shipping and handling of the exchanged item(s). All items must be returned in their original unused condition with all parts and shipped back in it's original packaging. Thank you
