Just email--we have THOUSANDS of knives but not enough time to post them all, so we may have what you need and we always take requests very seriously.

All images and descriptions are copyrighted, and we aggressively pursue legal remedy as well as ebay's rules against plagiarizing them. It's wrong--it's STEALING--and you WILL be turned in to us by one of the legion of our loyal customers, who inevitably see your plagiarism and notify us about it. All items come from a smoke-free home with no pets unless otherwise indicated.

RETURN POLICY: You may return this item for any reason. Your intention to return MUST be emailed to us within 72 hours of receipt of your item, as determined by Delivery Confirmation delivery time posted on the USPS website. All returned items must be in the same, saleable and unused condition as when shipped, with all original packaging and/or with all tags attached where applicable. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy--sorry, but we've already been victimized by abusers of this system and of our trust. Buyer is responsible for shipping.

SHIPPING: NO ONE likes the cost of shipping. We do whatever we can to minimize your shipping costs on multiple purchases, and in most cases, combining multiple wins will save BIG, often shipping two or more items for the cost of one. In order to streamline the process, we will provide a flat, upfront shipping rate in our auctions whenever possible for all U.S. buyers. IN MOST CASES ACTUAL SHIPPING WILL BE LOWER THAN WHAT WE CHARGE; this is the way we pay our teenage neighbor to pack and ship our ebay items (he keeps the difference). If you dislike this or find this unfair, PLEASE shop elsewhere; we only want happy customers and it's our feeling that no one should be able to claim dissatisfaction with this policy, since we're stating it up front. It's not an attempt to profit, simply the only way my elderly bones can continue to offer so many items. Please keep in mind, too, that our prices for shipping in USA always INCLUDE insurance AND Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise stated (sorry, no exceptions to this.). WE SELF-INSURE using our business policy. Items lost or damaged in transit require buyer to file an affidavit for our insurance policy via a claim form similar to the U.S. Post Office or UPS insurance claim forms. I will gladly send you the forms necessary to file. We usually ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but sometimes our teenage packaging guy may have an exam, or he gets to the P.O. late, so again, we ask you in advance to please forgive our humanity. Usually, we sell knives, not human organs for transplantation, so time really shouldn't be too critical, but if you have special needs, please email us prior to bidding. We take customer service very seriously and want to do whatever it takes to meet your needs. If you're not in total agreement with us here or disagree for any reason, we can only urge you PLEASE shop elsewhere.

INTERNATIONAL: WE'VE CHANGED OUR POLICY for INT'L. SHIPPING! Please read ALL terms and ASK if you're not sure. Terms are NON-NEGOTABLE. Int'l shipping rates posted in our ads include a minimum $5.00 handling (sorry, even Canada, due to tedious Customs forms and Post Office procedures) to cost of actual shipping, with acceptable payment on international transactions in the form of paypal only. If you can only pay via some other method, email us prior to bidding. International packages will be calculated on the basis of a MINIMUM ONE POUND weight. International packages cannot be insured and we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit (we pack very well, but shipping overseas is strictly at buyer's risk). Want tracking? You will have to pay an additional $12 for Registered Mail or you may upgrade to the much more expensive option of Express Mail International. IMPORTANT: After TWELVE YEARS of doing everything we could to hold the line on int'l. shipping costs, we have taken our LAST loss, so we've been forced to implement a new policy in which Shipping costs on ANY international parcel sold for over $75 will now include a required $12 Registered Mail fee in order to make your purchase trackable. This is 100% non-negotiable. The cost will be factored into the posted shipping costs of any item that STARTS at $75 or more, but if you purchase several items, the charge will have to be added at the end. Again, this is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

We have NO control of your parcel once it has been shipped, and in our Post-9/11 world, your own nation's Customs may cause lengthy delays in delivery time. There is NOTHING we can do to circumvent your country's Customs policies and laws and we will not be held responsible for any problems caused you by Customs. If you're not in total agreement with us here or disagree for any reason, again, we can only urge you not to PLEASE shop elsewhere.

LOCAL: We aren't set up to conduct local pickup of ebay merchandise, so if you're in the Los Angeles area, please factor the cost of shipping into your bid/buy strategy.

REGARDING FEEDBACK:We prefer that you leave us none at all and join us in boycotting this sham. Why? We'd love to tell you but now ebay doesn't even allow us to discuss this in our ads! What're they afraid of--the world actually knowing how their greed is manifest? Please don't misunderstand; we're all for making a buck but CENSORSHIP? That has GOT to go! We'll be happy to tell you what we really think but dare not do so over the (easily monitored) intra-net the company runs. Send us your email address and we'll be happy to fill you in.

PAYMENT: Payment must be received within ten (10) days of auction's close. We reserve the right to relist any item for which payment has not been received in 10 days. Visa / Mastercard/American Express/Discover gladly accepted via www.paypal.com, the only method of payment we may accept. If you can only pay via some other method, you MUST email us PRIOR to bidding/buying.

ATTENTION HOTMAIL USERS!!! (and other web-based email users!) We FREQUENTLY have problems contacting buyers who use a hotmail email address, since the company recently shrunk the size of your allowable storage. Other web-based companies often filter our attempts to contact you with a spam filter. It is YOUR responsibility to maintain an address that is reachable at all times. If your email comes back to us 3 times, we will report the problem to ebay via a non-paying bidder alert.
