Most of our newer listings have FREE FREIGHT on them for the lower 48 states and DC; in order to do this we have to utilize the low rates provided to us by a special FedEx service or USPS Parcel Post. Unfortunately, this method of delivery takes a bit longer than some other methods, but this enables us to offer you big savings!
Please DO NOT leave us a low DSR score on shipping time! We ship your item(s) the same day, or the next day after you pay! We cannot control FedEx/USPS delivery time. If you require quicker delivery or do not want to wait a bit longer, then please upgrade your shipping to something quicker (at an extra cost)! THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION.
Imperial Textile is a wholesale distributor of linens, clothing & uniforms. All items are sold "AS IS"and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do our best to be as honest as possible when describing all items. All items are brand new unless otherwise specified. Many clothing items are titled NWT (new with tags) but do not have retail store tags. Our items are purchased from manufacturers (not retail stores) in large wholesale lots. We advertise as NWT as they are new and would have tags if they were purchased in a retail store. All clothing has the size and or content/care label. Occasionally we have to report a non-paying bidder (NPB). A non-payment case is opened automatically if we are not paid within 5 days. Afterward if we are not paid we ban the NPB from bidding in the future. Non-paying bidders also get a non-pay strike by eBay if they don't pay, and this offense is taken very seriously in the eBay community. We expect that you will fulfill the commitment you make when you complete your purchase.
We prefer PayPal but also accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. If you want to pay by credit card please call 800-870-4494, extension 30 or 15 between the hours of 9:00am- 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Please wait until we send your invoice before paying.
We will not honor any refunds for any overpayment if you do not wait for the combined shipping/correct invoice under any circumstances. Please wait for us to combine your items so you pay the correct amount.
Shipping DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: Your order will ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. We offer FREE SHIPPING on most listings as noted in the listing. For all the lower 48 states plus DC we offer combine shipping. If you listing does not include free shipping, the heaviest item in your order ships at full price. Each additional SINGLE item adds only $3.00 and each additional LOT adds $5.00 to the shipping total. PLEASE wait for our invoice before paying. If payment is made prior to the invoice & shipping did not combine we cannot revise or refund shipping charges. Sales tax is charged to residents of NY on the total sale including shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Free shipping does NOT apply to any international orders. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. Please wait for your an invoice so that you do not overpay for shipping charges. We usually ship by USPS or another more economical way to keep shipping costs down. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method but your delivery should not take more than approximately 2 weeks. However, to some countries (Russia, Turkey, and Australia come to mind) we have had shipments uo to 4 weeks. We have no control after it leaves our warehouse, of course.
Buyer is responsible for all customs & related fees upon delivery, if applicable. If an item gets lost or stolen in transit, or for any other reason, only the price of the goods will be refunded. Shipping is non-refundable in such cases.
Please click on the icon located at the top right of listing under "seller info" We are closed on weekends, but do check eBay messages and will reply as quickly as possible. If we need to check inventory prior to the reply we will contact you as soon as we reopen.

Transactions requesting a return will be dealt with on an individual basis and will be reviewed depending on the circumstances given. There must be an extreme issue for us to grant a return/refund (unless we were at fault). Direct PayPal refunds will only be given if the item was paid through PayPal. In all cases the CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE for all freight charges (original shipping, return shipping, and re-shipment of the item costs if applicable).
Also, if a refund/store credit is issued, it does not include the amount we paid to ship the item to you, even if the sale was a 'free shipping' item! The shipping was not free for us - we just included it in the total for the item. For example, you pay $19.99 for a polo shirt and you are granted a return for refund or store credit. You pay to ship it back to us, and your refund will be approximately $12.49 ($19.99 minus the $7.50 it cost us to ship the item to you). A full refund will be issues only if the mistake was ours (wrong color shipped, for instance). Thank you for your cooperation.
