Thermal Conductivity:
12.0W/mK

Most of the thermal pads you can buy range between 0.6W/mK to 4W/mK conductivity.
This determines how much heat can be conducted via thermal interface material.

These pads are industrial grade 1.0mm thick and have 12.0W/mK thermal conductivity.

They are used in aerospace industry and they are not cheap.

I have replaced factory fitted thermal pads that did not even make a good contact between the heatsink and components or were displaced.
My ATI 4870X2 graphic card's VRM and Memory runs good
5°C cooler.

...on Ultra High Performance 6W/mk pads.

With 12W/mk managed to knock it down by another 3°C comparing to stock temps.

These are the best Thermal Pads I came across so far!

There is no problem with CPU but you might have to measure that on other devices like graphic cards.
