This is an exceptional tasting, fruity flavored, high quality olive oil grown on my parent’s farm in Two Wells South Australia. It is produced from olive varieties popular in Greece for producing superb dipping oil, salad dressing and cooking oil. It has a distinct fruity olive aroma and taste that is even more noticeable during cooking. The olives are hand picked, traditionally pressed and the juice is naturally settled - not pumped through centrifuges or filtered.

This oil is not advertised or marketed anywhere else and it is sold entirely to friends, relatives and by word of mouth. I am offering this special eBay price to ensure that all stock is sold before the next harvest. At the grove my parents are selling this oil for over $10 /L

 

Fact: South Australia not only produces Australia’s best wines but olive oil as well due to its Mediterranean climate and highly fertile soils.

 

Know what you are getting

This oil is the real deal; 2011 harvest, cold pressed, not diluted, not refined or filtered and chemical free. Because the grove is relatively small (~400 trees) we can afford the time to traditionally press....quality and taste is our goal, not quantity and profit.

All supermarket olive oils are processed for mass production and as a result lose a lot of their flavor and antioxidant content. With Two Wells olive oil you will get the maximum taste and health benefits possible (read buyer comments below).


Is it Organic?

I could label this oil as organic but because it is not certified I will not do so for ethical reasons. Organic certification is very expensive and not viable for a small producer. Be wary of non-certified organic labels!!

No middle men, no fancy bottles with fancy labels and no fancy prices to match. You may find a cheaper oil but it won’t match the quality of this oil.


Taste testing

Free taste testing is available at the olive grove in Two Wells SA, my parent's place in Seaton SA or at my place in Geelong VIC.

If you like you can collect the oil straight from the press (for limited time only).

- Containers are food grade HDPE. Tin cans (4 litre) are also available for $38.55 + postage.
- Express postage is available for $12 for the 2.7L bottle, Australia wide.
