Here at Global Quantum Quest we have developed a system of refurbishment, testing and certification, so that you can feel comfortable about your purchase of previously owned equipment. We feel that re-certified and/or refurbished equipment is sometimes better than new equipment, because the break in period has already gone by and any problems found in testing are totally repaired, or replaced and retested before being certified. These are expensive devices that perform very important functions…..they don’t ship out unless they are found to meet or exceed the manufacturers specifications. We back this up with our own 1 year standard warranty on each device we sell. Obviously the warranty is not an accident policy, if you drop it in a bathtub, or down a flight of stairs, that wouldn't be covered.

 We  test, repair/refurbish and perform full function tests using a computer and the appropriate software for that device and test software functionality with the device attached. We also perform function tests using an Oscilloscope, which actually tests wave forms and frequency activity to and from the device. We perform the same Oscilloscope tests on the Head Band and Limb Straps to ensure that everything is functioning properly and according to the manufacturers specifications. We then provide a certificate that assures you that the device meets or exceeds the manufacturers specifications for that device.

TRAINING: You may need training to operate this system.  If you do, then we can arrange this wherever your location.  Training is NOT included with the purchase of this auction. 

COMPUTERS: We have inspected the computer for any potential problems. It passes all of our functions test.  There is no warranty on the computer as it is past the manufacturers warranty period...we checked it out already. 

There are a few things that we need to do once you have purchased this system.  First, there is a transfer of ownership process that needs to be done....we will do that for you.  There is also an activation process that needs to take place with the new CLASP32 Software package that is on this computer.....we will also take care of that for you.  These need to be done After you purchase, so we can get your specific ownership information registered properly with BHO...wich stands for Budapest Home office and that is where the registration and activation takes place.  This needs to be done on all used device purchases, so if you purchase your device elsewhere, then you will have to do all of that on your own.  We do this regularly so it is very easy for us to provide that assistance for you.

We will ship your system within 3 days   from the time your payment processing has been completed. The reason for that delivery schedule is so that we can accomplish the registrations, software install and activation and make sure that everything is completed before we ship it, so that all you have to do is plug it in, turn it on, and go to work....(with exception to those of you who need training)
