Physically, this D12X1 is in excellent condition, with some light play wear being the only flaw we could find. There are no dings, dents, or other damage to the instrument. The auction includes the guitar along with the optional Martin 345 hardshell case, which is also in excellent condition. This Martin has a serial number of 1330669 (making it a 2008 model) and retailed new for $948.99 with the case.
