I accept Paypal only. I use the seller assistant software and it opens unpaid item cases automatically at 7 days post-purchase. If you need more time, we need to work out the details before you bid. I'm happy to work with you within reason, but we must discuss it before, not after, you order.
I am happy to combine shipping but you must request a combined invoice before paying. Please use the "request invoice" feature in eBay if you want me to manually confirm your shipping total and combine your items, ESPECIALLY if you are an international buyer or have multiple or large items, so I can double-check that you are getting the lowest possible rate. The store Shipping and Handling FAQ page gives step by step instructions on requesting an invoice and answers common shipping questions.
Handling times vary between 5 and 15 business days; each individual item listing gives the prep time needed for that particular item. Most of my items are custom-finished and/or custom-made, so nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting to be dropped into an envelope - I make everything by hand, individually, and pray over it. I promise personal attention and personal prayer; this takes time, so please note handling times before bidding. A one week handling time is standard, but large, custom, and international orders WILL take longer, and some items made in tiny batches have a ten day handling time. The FAQ covers shipping and handling procedures in great detail; the link is right under the logo at the top of the item description. You will also receive a link to the FAQ in the payment acknowledgment email you will receive after your payment has cleared. My shipping software sends an automated email when your item ships and uploads the delivery confirmation number into your "my eBay."
Custom work and personal attention take time; I work for quality, not speed.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. International orders may be delayed by customs and sellers have no control over these delays.
All sales are final, since I sell custom-finished and customized items, most of which cannot be returned to stock anyway because of health/safety reasons. If there is a problem with your purchase on arrival, please contact me; if I have made a mistake, I can work with you on store credit, exchange or, in some rare cases, refund (minus shipping). If you have questions, ask them before bidding -- we answer our email.
My oils are ritual items, not cosmetics or perfumes, and nearly everything is hand-made or hand-blended by me, from recipes I have learned or developed over 25+ years of doing this work. All items are sold as curios only, as required by law. I use them myself, though - I don't make anything I do not use myself and have not tested myself -- and many of my clients swear by them.

I try to answer all email inquiries within two business days. I get about 100 emails a day, though, so please don't get mad at me if the response to your email is a form letter giving you a link to the FAQ page, if your answer is posted there already. The FAQ page is designed to keep me free from answering the same questions over and over again so that I have time to make, prepare, and package your items, as well as answer all the messages I get asking for personal advice and recommendations. If you are asking a frequently asked question, my assistant may reply and/or give you a link to where you can find the answer. If you are asking a conjure question or need product recommendations, I will answer, but please understand that may take a little more time, especially if your situation is complex or your message is long.
Note that we are not open and do not ship on weekends and federal holidays, so there's no point in freaking out if you email me Friday night and still don't have an answer Sunday night. I always answer my messages, but I get a lot of them, so please be patient if you need my personalized response.
