Eric Javits developed this product to provide maximum sun protection for the face, neck and ears. Made of grosgrain ribbon and Squishee® braid. This hat is lightweight, colorfast, breathable, packable, and machine washable. Elasticized inner band fits most. Rolls and folds easily into a tote. Blocks 95% UVA/UVB rays. Look your best while you enjoy the sun! The American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists conducted independent tests determining its effectiveness for blocking ultraviolet radiation as well as UVA/UVB radiation.
