We are not professional photographers. Slight variations of color will be seen in the pictures and in the actual product due to lighting conditions, quality of camera and the amount of caffeine that Darren has had when taking the pictures. We have detailed this item as accurately as possible. Please ask any question prior to bidding. We answer emails at all hours of the day and night, (again due to how much caffeine Darren has had).

Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end. Items paid by PayPal using the eBay integrated payment system will generally be shipped same day if possible. We do not ship on weekends (*Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), or on calendar holidays. PayPal checks will delay shipping until clearance. PayPal payments made that are not linked to the auction number (*ie- payments made through PayPal that are marked as “payment for goods” or “send money”) are not accepted. Payment must be “payment for eBay item” so that it is directly linked to the auction number. Thank you.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Checkout using PayPal must be made using eBay's checkout method. Do not pay using PayPal directly as a payment for “Goods”. Go to the “Pay for Item” button on your eBay auction page and submit payment through eBay. This will mark the item paid for in our system and will facilitate faster shipping processing. We will return any payments via PayPal that are not associated with an eBay auction listing # and this will delay shipment.

We do not accept checks, MO's, or any other payment method not approved by Ebay.

SORRY: NO SHIPMENT TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A OR TO APO's. WILL ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESSES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

REGARDING BUYING SERVICES

All items sold by CLP Brokers are for sale directly to the end-user. We do not accept bids from “buyer's services” or “trading partners” for end-users outside of the continental United States. We will sell directly to end-users that are located within the continental United States of America. Please be advised that bids left by proxy buyer's services will be canceled and removed. No exceptions. If a buyer's service bid is found to be a winning bid, the transaction will be canceled and item will be re-listed. All applicable ID's for buyer's services will be blocked in future auctions. Sorry... We've had too many problems with proxy bidder/buyer services.

People who don't pay according to terms listed above will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder and item will be either re-listed or sold to next highest bidder.

SHIPPING DAMAGES & RETURN POLICY

All of our items are professionally packaged by UPS. It is very rare that an item is damaged in shipping when packaged by them. In the unfortunate event that you receive your item in a condition that greatly differs from the pictures in the auction; please contact us immediately at (770)924-2452.
