Electrical Requirements

  

Other spas and hot tub often times require a 230 volt 40 or 50 amp electrical circuit.  Adding one to your electrical box at home might not even be an option but if it is, it can get expensive.  A 115 volt AC 20 amp rated electrical receptacle is as shown below is all that is required for this hot tub to operate.

For your convenience, a 25 ft. long 115 volt GFCI power cord is shipped with your hot tub. INSTALLATION OF THIS GFCI POWER CORD MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL CODES IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION.

This hot tub can easily be converted at any time to 230 volt operation should you desire maximum efficiency from the spa heater. A 230 volt AC 40 amp GFCI protected circuit would be required. Shipping and Delivery Information

  

Celebration Series hot tubs will ship within 1-10 business days after receipt of your cleared payment. This allows for the necessary time to schedule a professional freight carrier. The hot tub will ship from the manufacturer's warehouse in Michigan directly to your home anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately we cannot ship to remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, islands, addresses given as rural routes, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Estimated delivery time from our door to yours is 5-10 business days. Our hot tubs are shipped through a professional freight carrier so you can be assured that your hot tub will be handled with care. The delivery address must be tractor/trailer accessible or additional charges will apply. The freight carrier will contact you 12-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers you provide during checkout. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule, typically between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Normally they will require a 4 hour window unless otherwise stated. The freight carrier will make one attempt to deliver before returning the hot tub back to its origination. You will be refunded for the hot tub but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Please be sure to be available during the entire agreed upon time. The freight carrier will unload your hot tub shipment from the truck at curbside, but is not authorized to help you move, unwrap, set up, or install the hot tub. Please be sure to have adequate help on hand to move your hot tub from the curb to its intended location.

At time of delivery, before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the exterior of the hot tub shipment for any visible damage; crushing, dents, scuffs, scratches, tears, etc. The driver is not required to wait for you to unwrap the hot tub and inspect it unless there is visible damage to the exterior. If it is obvious that there is damage, you may ask the driver to inspect the damage with you. If you consider the damage to be excessive, you may refuse the shipment and write, "REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE" on the delivery receipt. Be sure to keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us immediately. In the event of any hidden damage please contact us for assistance.
