Used - is media and hardware that we have purchased from our trade in program or from other merchant partners. These products are carefully inspected before purchasing and tested to make sure they have full functionality. All items are reconditioned and packaged for purchase.

Payment Options

We accept immediate payment via US PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your checking account.

Sales Tax

Currently goHastings only charges sales tax in states where we have a physical presence. Sales taxes are calculated during the ordering process and will show tax charged for the delivery destination, based on current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.

Shipping

goHastings has partnered with the United States Postal Service to deliver your packages. We offer delivery to continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and US territories.

Please note that your order will be shipped within 3 days of receiving cleared payment. Product may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packaging. Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping is used and delivery will take 3-10 working days, depending on the item purchased and the delivery location. NOTE: We are unable to offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. This is because our items are shipped from different locations.

Return Policy

All items purchased through goHastings may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, if they meet the following criteria:

• All new items are in original unopened packaging.
• Return of product is within 30 days of shipping date.
• Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition.
• New Video Game Systems that are found defective within the 30 day window must make a return using the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Internet Purchase Return Instructions

Refunds for products meeting the above mentioned return criteria should be handled as follows:

• Please write the quantity and reason for return on your packing sheet that came with your order.
• Pack items securely, along with the packing sheet as listed above.

Once we receive your return allow up to 2-5 days for your return to be received into our return center and a refund processed. If you notice discrepancies or have questions regarding your order, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-877-427-8464

Cancellation Policy

We strive to fulfill every order we receive, however, on occasion we may have to cancel parts of your order due to availability of products. If your order is canceled, refunds will be issued within 2 to 5 business days to your PayPal account.
