Please be advised: We only ship to the address that the PayPal account you are using says to ship to. If you want it shipped to another address please update your PayPal addresses prior to purchasing. No exceptions.
B-S-T may charge between $3 - $5 shipping and handling for each item when listing with calculated shipping. Our shipping and handling charges include handling, and material cost for packaging the item. To cut down on costs we may reuse boxes.
Please keep in mind, no matter what eBay or a listing says there is no such thing as free shipping. If there is no shipping price listed, B-S-T has rolled minimal shipping costs into the price of the item.
International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. The purchase price is the price we will put on the declarations form when mailing - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Terms of Sale
Returns are accepted within 14 days. The item must be returned prior to a refund issuing (YOU pay to have the item shipped/delivered back).
The item must be received in the same condition it was sent.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be given in the manner paid for; i.e. if you paid by PayPal, your money will be refunded through PayPal. B-S-T does not offer partial refunds.
There is a restocking fee for all items returned. The restocking fee is 20% of the items cost or is equivalent to the outgoing shipping expense (what it cost B-S-T to ship your item to you); whichever is greater. (E.g., if you buy an item and spend a total of $10.00 and return it, you will be charged $2.00 for restocking the returned item. This means you would get an $8.00 refund. If it costs $4.00 to ship the item to you, then the restocking fee would be $4.00 instead of the 20%. You would get a $6.00 refund.)
The restocking fee is not applicable to returns necessitated by seller error.
The buyer should contact B-S-T through eBay messages prior to returning an item and notify B-S-T of the reason for the return.
Services for listed items, such as assembly, dis-assembly, set-up, and/or delivery of furniture, to be done by B-S-T will be billed separately through PayPal and are non-refundable. Please contact B-S-T prior to bidding to make arrangement for any of these separate services.
Message B-S-T if there is a problem and we will try to work out a satisfactory resolution to each of us. We want a happy, satisfied customer. Please keep in mind that errors do occasionally occur and we will strive to remedy any problem in an expedient manner.
Receiving a Damaged Item:
If you receive a damaged item please do the following:
If the package is damaged when you receive it and you are at your post office or your mail carrier is present; point the damage out to them and open it in front of them, taking pictures if possible.
Take pictures of the package prior to opening it.
Take pictures of how the item is packed before removing it from the packaging and shipping material.
Take pictures of the actual damage.
Contact B-S-T through eBay messages and provide us with pictures of the damage.
Do NOT throw the item or the packaging away if you want to receive a refund. We ship with insurance 95% of the time. Either USPS insurance or Ship Cover, an insurance service provided through eBay. Either agency will want to see the packing, packaging material, and the damaged item. They will conduct an investigation. If you do not keep these items an investigation cannot/will not be performed and there can be no recovery from the insurer.
You will receive a refund in full ? including your original shipping costs.
B-S-T leaves Positive Feedback after the buyer lets us know they are satisfied with our product and service.
B-S-T buys abandoned storage units looking for cool and unusual things to sell for a profit. Often we know none of the history of the items we sell. Ask questions - we can look at an item, take more pictures for you, or test it according to your instructions. You won't get a warranty or guarantee other than what has been posted in an items description or through the pictures posted of it - so read and LOOK carefully! If you message us with questions or requests to test the item we will do so and post the question and answer with the auction at the bottom of the listing if they are relevant.
