TAXES & FEES:
ILLINOIS SALES TAX: Hayes Trading Co is an Illinois corporation. Orders within the state of Illinois are charged a 7.75% sales tax. HANDLING: There are NO additional handling charges added to your stated shipping cost. Your total cost is the price of your item plus the stated shipping charge and insurance, if applicable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We ship worldwide for most items. International shipping charges vary due to weight, size and destination. All customs and other country specific charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to request additional information from international buyers or to reject buyers with negative feedback history or zero feedback.
DAILY OPERATIONS: M-F 8am-5pm CST. Shipping timeframes do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition. A copy of our original receipt and the Return Authorization number (provided by us) must be included, call (630) 340-4887 or email us at returns@hayestrading.com. All returns must be shipped prepaid. All industrial equipment returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any refurbishing cost, if necessary.
PRIVACY POLICY: ALL information on our customers is absolutely confidential and may only be shared with our suppliers as necessary to process and ship your order. We do not sell or distribute names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses for any reason.
