We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days after payment has been received.
Special packaging, crating and large shipments require more time.
We want every item to arrive safely as we know how frustrating and disappointing damaged items can be to you.
If your item arrives damaged, the original packaging must be kept until the claim is resolved.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ? do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Unless otherwise noted, we do not sell new items. Therefore, due to the vintage nature of most items, all items are sold as is.
REFUNDS: We only accept items for return if the item did not meet the description. The buyer must notify us within 72 hours and the item must be returned in the original shipping container and packaging within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. We make all attempts to describe and picture every item accurately. If you have any question about an item, please contact us before bidding.
