Payment

We accept paypal as payment for all ebay sales.  We use this payment method because it protects the buyer and the seller.  Payment must be made with in three days of the purchase.  Multiple items may be shipped together, email me before you pay so I can adjust the invoice.

Shipping

Shipping charges on saddles varies by the weight and size of the saddle.  Western saddles are typically heavier and are larger than English saddles.  Dressage saddles are longer in the flap making the size of the shipping box bigger.  Items if can be are drop shipped from the company.  Saddles maybe shrink wrapped to add an extra layer of protection.  Relaxing the saddle may be necessary, to do this put the saddle on a rack and let it sit for a week or so.  It can be used during this time.   To save on shipping cost, if items can be taken apart we will do so.

Safety & Warranty

Any item carrying a warranty will be stated on the listing.  We do not imply or carry any warranty on used items.  We take pride in our ratings and try to make the descriptions as complete and accurate as possible.  If you would like more information or pictures please email us as “ask the seller”.  You the buyer are responsible for keeping all records needed for the warranty on any item that has warranty coverage.   

We do not have control of how any product is used after it is purchased.  We are not responsible for how a product is used or any injury that may occur to persons or animals.  If you are unsure of how to properly use a product please refer to the manufacture of the product for instructions.

Pre-Owned Items

These Items are not ours.  We have a physical store that offers new and consignment tack and apparel items.  We may not always have the history of an item and try to post everything we can about an item.  We also do not always dictate the price, we ask what the owner would like to get for the item, if you are interested in an item please email us.

Pre-Owned Saddles

Every saddle that comes into our store location is visually inspected for tree soundness.  We can not, nor would we want to take the saddle apart to look at the tree as this would ruin the saddle unless it is made to be taken apart (i.e.. some adjustable tree saddles).  We take pictures to show wear and tear of the saddles, most have some because they are pre-owned and have been used at some point.  We do condition and oil the leather to maintain or restore the leather.  When the saddles come into the store we ask the history of the saddle, sometimes it is know and sometime it is not know.  We will attempt to find out information about the saddle to the best of our ability.  Please keep these factors in mind with you purchase.
