This thermal printer is in good working order and has no major cosmetic damage. We changed Point of Sale software and this printer isn't compatible with our current software. It works great with Quickbooks POS and emulates an EPSON TM-T88III. Why pay $250 or more for an Epson when this one will do the same job. The printer also has a partial auto cutter that cuts between receipts. Much easier than ripping the receipt off every time.
