Due to the high cost of shipping freight, returns for these items are in most cases relatively expensive. Please make sure all of your questions are answered before ordering.
All merchandise is inspected before its shipped. Items damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced.
In order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep all shipping materials for inspection and exchange. You need to inspect the item before signing the Bill Of Lading, if any damages please mark it on Bill Of Lading.
If you find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away what part is damaged and a detailed explanation. In most cases we'll ask for pictures of the part in question to file a claim with the carrier company. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase send the item back within 14 business days and we will happily refund your payment, less the cost of shipping. Buyer must pay for all shipping costs. Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. In the case of a return, you will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us for return authorization. Any damages that may occur to your items during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items safely and securely (consider keeping the original shipping containers on hand for 14 days)
