This is our policy but please know that we will always be fair to our customers..:)
Returns we WILL accept: Damaged items, incorrect items, items sold by the piece.
Returns we WILL NOT accept: Cut trims, reduced items, or special ordered items.
25% restocking fee will apply to returns, minus shipping.
A much lesser restocking fee will apply if you take a store credit.
We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
We will accept returns only, No exchanges. If you wish to exchange we will issue you a store credit and you can purchase the items you desire.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items we will replace within 14 days of order arrival.
Damaged items must be returned to us.
