DC50 Animal is an ultra-lightweight and compact Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner specifically designed for homes with pets. The DC50 Animal includes the patented Dyson Ball technology, allowing you to effortlessly steer around obstacles and turn corners without the pushing back and forth of typical vacuums. 2 Tier Radial Cyclones give extra suction compared to the older DC24. With its compressible handle and a weight of 11.6 lbs the DC50 Animal is only 2/3 the size of a regular Dyson upright vacuum cleaner. For improved cleaning performance this power packed lightweight has a motorized brush bar, driven by an independent motor. New integrated fingertip brush control switches brush bar on or off. Reaching even the most seemingly inaccessible areas is no trouble for the DC50 Animal’s reversible wand, dusting brush tool and Tangle-free turbine tool for powerful pet hair pickup. It is very important that you make sure that all the information provided to us is correct before submitting your order, otherwise please call us at 1-(800)-285-8145 to submit any immediate changes.
If you must have a package re-routed, you will have to pay a $11.00 fee by credit card before the package can be re-routed. That is what FedEx charges for this service. Please take the time to make sure that the shipping information you provide us is correct to ensure you aren't charged the re routing fee.
If your order ships before we can cancel it you will have to call us when you receive the package to set up the return, or refuse the delivery. You won't be refunded until the product is received by us. Order Cancellations over email will incur a $45.00 fee for refund.
