1. If my Dyson needs service who do I contact?

        The first thing you would do is contact Dyson and locate the warranty service center near you.

2. Where do you get your Dysons?

We buy them direct from the factory because we are Authorized. There are no middle men or 3rd parties involved.

3. Are you an Authorized Dealer?

         Yes we are. We are also a Dyson Warranty Center.  

5. Is it a Brand New model or Refurbished?

These are brand new units directly from the Dyson factory.  


 

 

Payments: 

 We accept credit cards and PayPal.  We prefer PayPal, as a buyer it is your responsibility to make sure the correct shipping information is on the PayPal payment we receive.  We will not change information provided to us by PayPal. 

Shipping:

We ship UPS ground to the 48 contiguous states, and ship PR to AK and HI.  PR shipping will incur a 30.00 USD shipping charge and 20.00 USD charge for shipping to APO or PPO addresses.  Again, if you are paying with PayPal it is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure the correct information is on the PayPal payment we receive. 

Returns:

If you receive an item that is defective you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it at no charge to you, simply contact us and we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item picked up and a replacement sent, or a refund issued.  If you are unhappy with the item you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, however you will still need to contact us to be issued a RMA number, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us, and you will be subject to a 15.00 restocking fee.
