Additional Shipping Terms Canadian and international customers who live in extended delivery areas are subject to higher shipping rates and will be contacted accordingly. Some of the more commonly affected Canadian areas include British Columbia, Alberta and New Brunswick as well as addresses that have a 0 in the second position of their postal code (i.e. L0G 1N0). Other areas may be affected as well. Due to the shape of many of our items our packaging is large and oddly shaped resulting in dimensional weight billing. Consequently our shipping rates may seem higher than would be expected from other items of a similar weight but with different sized packaging to certain areas, especially internationally. International buyers (outside the US and Canada) are responsible for any importing tariffs/taxes. We do not ship to Brazil, France, Puerto Rico, South Africa or any Southeast Asian countries and reserve the right to decline shipment to other destinations outside of the US and Canada. FAQ: Shipping Q: When will my order leave? A: Your order will leave our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) once we receive cleared payment. Q: When will my order arrive? A: It depends on the level of service selected. Expedited services (next day air and second day air) are guaranteed to arrive within the specified time after leaving our warehouse; Ground and international orders should arrive within 5 business days after shipment (excluding weekends and holidays) although some extended areas may take an additional 1 or 2 business days to arrive. Q: Do I need to be home to accept delivery? A: If your total order value is $250 or more a signature is required upon delivery. Q: Will I get a tracking number? A: A tracking number will be emailed to you by UPS once your shipment has left our warehouse. Q: Do you combine multiple items into one shipment? A: Yes, multiple items will be combined into one order when you go to checkout and shipped together. Q: Do ship exclusively with UPS? A: The majority of our items are shipped with UPS, however some items may be shipped with the postal service at our discretion, depending on your location. Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses? A: Unfortunately UPS does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses so we are only able ship to physical addresses. Q: Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico? A: Yes we do, however please be aware that we can only ship 2nd Day Air to these locations. Q: Where will my item ship from? A: We have two locations, one in Scottsdale, Arizona and the other in Vaughan, Ontario.
